- "CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 1º de marzo de 2000, proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogotá, dentro del expediente de tutela T-308.608".
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar que a través de la Secretaría se remita el expediente al Juzgado 15 Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá.
